Business and Design Skills Module
Within this module students will study the wide range of behind- the-scenes managerial skills that are needed to successfully run an event or manage a venue. From drafting contracts to negotiation to accounting, every aspect of the "left brained" part of the industry is covered. Students also simulate and analyze the day-to-day operations of an event planning enterprise via the Event Mamagement software "Vivian". The "Glitz and Glanour" side of the industry is also covered in this module offering students the opportunity to let their craetive side out. Graphic Design, Multimedia and Theatrical Staging are covered in detail.
