A musician from a very young age, Jean-Luc has played guitar, bass and sung in several progressive rock bands.

After completing his studies in electronics, sound engineering and sound recording, Jean-Luc worked as a freelancer, in addition to having his own recording studio for a few years.

He worked as a professor at the Trebas Institute from 1983 to 1990 and then from 2009 to today. He also worked as a professor at Musitechnic in the meantime.

Since January 2008, he has been designing, building, planning the acoustics, as well as choosing and installing the audio equipment for his new studio (Studio ConcepSon) in which he works as a sound engineer and mixer.

In this studio, he has recorded, mixed/mastered about twenty albums and has done the post-production and surround mixing of several films.
