Audio and Sound Instructor
After graduating from Trebas Institute in 1987, Mario began a very eclectic and diverse audio career that introduced him to all departments of audio production including music recording and mixing four albums in the genres of Cuban jazz and pop music. Mario has also been involved in film and TV sound recording, sound design, mixing and live broadcast sound editing for TV. He also worked as an Assistant Technical Director for commercials for the 1996 Atlanta Olympic Games and as a TF1 broadcaster.
Mario has also participated in documentary audio work around the world for many years.
Mario has been teaching at Trebas Institute for three years. As a hobby, he builds guitar effects and small battery-operated guitar amps with parts he finds in old electronic devices.
