Annick Obansawin

Annick Obansawin, an Abenaki Tribe member with over 25 years in entertainment, is a performer, songwriter, and show creator. She created the TVO Kids series “Can You Imagine That,” blending animation and art to explore careers for children. Annick has starred in award-winning shows like "The Adventures of Shirley Holmes" and "Franklin the Turtle," and highlights include her work on "Lamb Chop’s Play Along" and winning the John Lennon Songwriting Competition. She creates educational programming for children and is a graduate of The Second City and Centennial College.
