Scholarships and Grants

Trebas Institute’s grants are intended to provide tuition support for prospective domestic and international students to make quality education more accessible.

Our grants are available to new students, domestic or international, applying to the following two (2) years ACS/AEC programs at our Montreal Campus:

  • NWY.1Y: Audio and Video Post-Production;

  • LCA.FQ: e-Commerce and Online Business Management.

To be eligible for a grant, students must apply at least thirty (30) calendar days prior to starting their first term;

Our grants are open until December 31st, 2021. Note that there may be changes to tuition amounts and/or other fees during the time this application is in effect;

Trebas Institute’s grant recipients are expected to act as ambassadors and participate in outreach and alumni engagement initiatives in their home region for Trebas Institute once the grant is granted.

To remain eligible for a grant and receive the tuition disbursement students must complete their ACS/AEC program within 24 months of starting the program and remain in good academic and financial standing during the time of their disbursements. A grant cannot be combined with any other grant, it has no cash value and cannot be transferred.

The Diversity Grant

 

Trebas Institute’s Diversity Grant is intended to provide tuition support for prospective domestic and international students to make quality education more accessible.

  1. TREBAS INSTITUTE’S DIVERSITY GRANT REGULATIONS

Trebas Institute’s Diversity Grant is available to new students, domestic or international, applying to the following two (2) years ACS/AEC programs:

  • NWY.1Y: Audio and Video Post-Production

  • LCA.FQ: e-Commerce and Online Business Management

a- To be eligible for the Trebas Institute’s Diversity Grant, students must apply at least thirty (30) calendar days prior to starting their first term;

b- Trebas Institute’s Diversity Grant is open until December 31st, 2021. Note that there may be changes to tuition amounts and/or other fees during the time this application is in effect;

c- Trebas Institute’s Diversity Grant recipients will have a portion of their full grant amount paid toward their tuition fees on a pro-rated basis each term they register in courses until the grant is exhausted or paid as indicated in the specific terms of the grant;

d- Failure to maintain the minimum requirement(s) for the grant will result in the suspension of disbursements until satisfactory performance is re-established and eligibility is re-approved by Trebas Institute’s President;

e- Trebas Institute’s Diversity Grant recipients are expected to act as ambassadors and participate in outreach and alumni engagement initiatives in their home region for Trebas Institute once the grant is granted.

 

  1. TERMS OF REFERENCE

Trebas Institute’s Diversity Grant is open to: Any new students, domestic or international.

Number of grants: Trebas Institute’s Diversity Grant will be awarded each term to all new applicants for admission.

Grant value: Trebas Institute’s Diversity Grant has a value of $4,000 CAD and will be disbursed as a tuition credit. Disbursements will be pro-rated based on the number of courses in which the student is registered.

Eligibility: Candidates will be considered for the Diversity Grant based on the date of their admission to Trebas Institute.

To remain eligible for the Trebas Institute’s Diversity Grant and receive the tuition disbursement students must complete their ACS/AEC program within 24 months of starting the program and remain in good academic and financial standing during the time of their disbursements. The Americas Grant

Applicable Programs:

  • LCA.FQ: E-Commerce and Online Business Management
  • NWY.1Y: Audio and Video Post-Production

We offer the Americas Grant to provide tuition support make Canadian education more attainable to North America, Central America, South America and the Caribbean.

$10,000 (CAD) grant ($5,000 (CAD) per study year) will automatically be applied to new students from the countries listed applying before December 31st, 2021 to Trebas Institute E-Commerce & Online Business Management or Audio and Video Post-Production program at Montreal campus.

Continuance: Recipients must remain in good academic standing to continue to receive this grant (year 2).

The SEA Regional Grant

  • LCA.FQ: E-Commerce and Online Business Management
  • NWY.1Y: Audio and Video Post-Production

Trebas Institute offers the SEA Regional Grant to provide tuition support and make Canadian education more attainable to students from the Southeast Asia countries and Korea.

$10,000 (CAD) grant ($5,000 (CAD) per study year) will automatically be applied to new students from the countries listed applying before December 31st, 2021 to Trebas Institute E-Commerce & Online Business Management or Audio and Video Post-Production program at Montreal campus.

Continuance: Recipients must remain in good academic standing to continue to receive this grant (year 2).
