Alumna Nickiesha Flemmings: A Rising Star at the Festival Nouveau Cinéma de Montréal

Nickiesha Flemmings, a talented alumna of Trebas Institute Quebec Inc., has achieved a remarkable milestone in 2024. After winning the Best Student Film award at the Jamaica International Film Fest for He’s Not That Special, a film created under the mentorship of instructor Ioannis Koutroubis, her work has now been officially selected for the Festival Nouveau Cinéma de Montréal.
He’s Not That Special is a testament to the creativity and skill nurtured at Trebas, and we are proud to celebrate Nickiesha’s accomplishments. We encourage everyone to attend the screening of this movie on October 14th at 1:30 PM at the Cinémathèque Québécoise.
