Application Process – Domestic Students

Trebas Institute Quebec Inc. makes application for enrolment easy. Please follow the steps below:

Step 1: Connect with us

Make an appointment with an admissions counselor by phoning 514-845-4141 or by clicking here.

Step 2: Admissions interview

With the help of an admissions counselor, gather the documents required for your admissions file. Required documents include:

• A copy of your birth certificate issued by the Directeur de l’état civil du Québec
• A copy of your transcript
• A copy of your high school diploma (DES)
• Proof of citizenship or residency if born outside of Canada

Note that all documents must be in English or French.

Step 3: Financial assessment

With the help of an admissions counselor and the head of student financial aid, determine the most appropriate payment method and complete, if necessary, the required documents.

Step 4: Payment

Pay the non-refundable application fee of $50 and non-refundable admission fee of $200 ($250 total).

Trebas Institute Quebec Inc. - Transfer Credit

If you have studied at recognized post-secondary institutions (public or private), you might be able to transfer course credits to Trebas Institute Quebec Inc.

How it Works

To have transfer credits approved, you must show their equivalence to the Trebas Institute Quebec Inc. course from which you’re looking to receive an exemption. You must pay an assessment fee for each course that is subject to a transfer request. Trebas Institute Quebec Inc. can grant up to 25 percent of the related program as credits.

How to Apply

You must submit your credit transfer application before registration. If granted, program fees and program length will be adjusted accordingly. The campus director is responsible for approving your application. Please speak with your advisor for full details.

Application Process – International Students

• Complete application form and provide the required documents.
• Pay the non-refundable admission fee ($50) and non-refundable registration fee ($200), for a total of $250.
• Once requirements are met and accepted, Trebas Institute Quebec Inc. will issue a Letter of Admission (LOA).
• Students must obtain a Quebec Acceptance Certificate /Certificat d'Acceptation du Quebec (CAQ)*.
• Students must obtain a study permit (Canada).
• Students can apply for a work permit (Canada), if applicable.
• Students must obtain health and hospitalization insurance.
• Enrol and start classes!
