Ian McCulloch

Audio Engineering Instructor

Ian’s first recording job was back in 1994, with Tony Mendez at Toronto’s World Studios. Since then, Ian has worked as a first or second engineer or done tracking, overdubbing or mixing on countless studio productions and live shows, working with artists such as Sue Medley, Dan Kershaw, Bob Snider, Leroy Sibbles, Devon, and Larry Gowan, among many others. In 1997, Ian built the Cannery Row studio in Toronto’s Kensington Market, followed three years later by his own Studio 120. Presently, Ian is taking over operations of the historic Kensington Sound studios in Toronto.
