What do we do?
The International Student Advisory (ISA) team is composed of Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultants (RCICs) or Regulated International Student Immigration Advisors (RISIAs) professionals that are available to guide and support you on immigration-related matters during your journey at Trebas-Ontario, from enrollment to program completion.

Why is maintaining a valid status vital?
International students are responsible for maintaining valid immigration documents and legal status in Canada throughout the duration of their program of studies. Students who are out of status cannot study or work in Canada.
How to contact Trebas-Ontario ISA team?
Our International Student Advisory team would be happy to help you with any immigration-related questions that you may have. Please contact registrar@trebas.com to request an ISA consultation.
When emailing our team, please include the following:
- Your student identification (ID) number in the subject line
- Your first and last name
- Your most recent Canada Visa Status Document (as attachment)
- Brief explanation of your questions and concerns
- Your reference between online or on-campus consultation
Please note that if your question requires additional time or privacy, the advisor may suggest setting up an appointment with you online or on campus, as per your availability.
