Pierre Olivier Forest

Film and TV Production

Equipped with a solid technical and theoretical background, Pierre-Olivier Forest has worked in the fields of academic research, film, and television creation. His experience also includes teaching as a lecturer at the Université de Montréal.

Holder of a Master in Film Studies from the Université de Montréal, he has also been involved in research on creative processes and creator training.

He has experience as a director, assistant director, cameraman, editor, and technical director. Notably, he served as the cameraman, editor and co-writer for the screenplay of a feature-length documentary ("Il était six fois" by Liane Simard) which was shown in numerous festivals, winning Best Documentary at the International Children's Film Festival in India in 2016.

In addition to his teaching at Trebas Institute Quebec Inc., Pierre-Olivier works as an independent videographer and television director for web TV (multi-camera audiovisual production and live streaming).
